Our foodie residents Chuck Burger serve up only the best American style sliders and sides perfect for any occasion. Their menu includes a range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
Our extensive drinks menu includes craft beers and cocktails as well as quality wines and spirits, all served up by our talented mixologists. Allergen information for our drinks menu is available on request.
All drink must be supplied by the venue, sourcing your own food must be discussed and agreed with the venue prior to the
event day.

Absolutely, everything you purchase, including all food and drink pre-orders, contributes towards your minimum spend.

It’s entirely up to you, all of our food is served by our waiting staff, we offer canapé or buffet style depending on booking type.
Of course, we have an expert team of mixologists on hand to both advise on drink selections and create bespoke tipples. All drink requests must be finalised a minimum of 5 days prior to the event.

Cost & Payment

There is no hire charge for use of any of Big Chill Brick Lane’s spaces, we work on a minimum spend basis. Minimum spend varies from space to space, day of the week and time of year.
There is no hire charge for use of Entire Venue, Ground Floor, First Floor or The Space, we work on a minimum spend basis. Minimum spend varies from space to space, day of the week and time of year. We have a hire fee of £50 for use of The Green Room, The Loft and The Hide.
Minimum spend means you can hire a space within the venue for free, by guaranteeing that a minimum amount of money will be spent during the course of your event, this amount will be agreed between yourself and us. In order to reach your minimum, spend, food and drink must be purchased by yourself and guests, all pre-orders also contribute. Once your event has finished we check your areas tab, if the agreed minimum spend has been reached no money is owed.
It is the clients’ responsibility to reach the agreed minimum spend. In cases where it is not reached the outstanding balance must be settled before leaving the venue.
A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to the bill on the day of your event when you hire one of the following spaces: The Space, The Deco Lounge, first floor, and whole venue.
We ask for 20% of the minimum spend which can be paid via BACs, credit card (excluding American Express) or debit cards.
